My guess would be that the flush didn't do its job well enough. Bet you used one of those auto parts store flushes didn't you. Well if you did guess what, they don't work very well. To do a good job of flushing the system drain it, fill with vinagar and run it about an hour then let cool and drain. Then back flush the system by makeing an adaptor that fits in the block drain and hook it up to a garden hose and let it flow out the rad cap area for about and hour or 2. The oil is probably years of build up and probably isn't any thing to worry about.
