The H has pressed in sleeves, no sealing ring required. They are used on the A, B. C & Super C
because they have what is called wet sleeves and the sealing rings are use to seal the sleeves at the bottom of the block.

You need to take that crankshaft to a reputable
auto machine shop and have it measured. They can determine if it just needs polishing or needs to be ground undersize. They can also supply your
rod and main bearings that's needed. Hal
