In order, the red colors were IH 50, IH 1102B, IH 201, IH 2150. Most people use 2150, although it did not appear until 1961. IH 50 crosses to PPG 70019/DuPont 7410. IH 2150 crosses to PPG 71310/DuPont 96766. A slight orange tint can usually be seen in the PPG version. I do not know if 201 or 1102B can be mixed. IH 50 was used from 1936 until sometime in 1949, I do not know the time periods of 1102B and 201, only that 1102B was used before 201, and that 2150 replaced 201. The best paint is acrylic urethane made by PPG, DuPont, or Sherwin Williams. The hardener used with it can be deadly, it REQUIRES a supplied air system. You can use acrylic enamel or acrylic modified alkyd enamel (2150 sold by Case-IH) without hardener. Anything of lesser quality (straight alkyd enamel sold by farm stores) is not worth messing with.

No. I am just happy to have their friendship. At least the word "farmer" is in my title. But what is the attraction? How can I explain the sensation and exhilaration I feel when I turn the key and hear the engine come to life (most
