The easiest thing will be to pull the head, drop the oil pan, pull the bearing caps and push the pistons out through the top. If you have a ridge, you may need to buy/rent a ridge reamer (measure the cylinder diameter at the ridge first - it can be handy later).

I didn't read your last post, and so am not familiar with the original problem. That being said, I don't think I would recommend replacing/reparing just two of the pistons. I would suggest that whatever you do to #1 and #3, you also do to #2 and #4.
