Thumping Noise in Right Rear Tire Area

Put new 11.4-24 tires on my 140 last spring. Had them put
water and anti-freeze in them. The right rear tire/wheel has a
noticeable thump sound that occurs every revolution. It is
louder when going down hill. It is a rubbery sounding thump,
not metallic. It does it on concrete and on grass. It almost
seems to shudder when the "thump" occurs. It did not do it
with the old tire. It has got me stumped. The wheel lugs all
appear fine. Is it possible the inner tube is kinked-up in some
manner and the fluid racing around the tube is building-up and
then suddenly releasing? The tire place that did the work is only
five minutes away, but thought I'd ask the experts on this board
to hear if anyone had seen (or heard) of this before.
