I think it depends exactly were it is. It may be alble to be weled with Ny rod. Or you could use JB weld. There is this new stuff my dad got at work. The "lock tite" rep. came in and gave him a tube of this "clay" like stuff. He said it works good for cracked cast blocks. I"m looking at a 300U with a crack and think we may give this stuff a try.
