Yea i guess since nobody has a hydro around here . But either way even if the shut down selonid is missing it should not affect the running as when it is on the needdel is fully off the seat or jet . and the only thing would be when hot it would want to diesel on shut down so there must be something missing in the carb and since i did not take it apart and put it back together i don't know for sure . One time late one evening and tomany people around and one tomany barley pops later i left out the main ventura on a 706 carb and did not find it till i wnet to clean the bench off a day latter made me fell real stupid when i had to chase down the tractor and put it in out in the field .
