I spent seat time on a 55ute 35 years ago. It steered well but was not loaded for fork operation. Geometry of steering for a reversed unit is often neglected completely. The conversion company ignores the problem of king pin inclination (kpi) and caster designed for going forward, being totally wrong for going backwards (especially fast). Resetting the caster to near zero, and the kpi to be in the center of the tire. (an alignment person can do this if they are willing to be bold. power steering is a valued item on this setup, but I don't know if there was a factory option. Tire size ?? I would use a non-ribbed industrial truck tire of the correct rim diameter 8ply rated. Narrow if on the pavement, or hard packed gravel (150-185 series) if on softer ground I'd go with (205-235) THat is my 7.56 cents worth. JimN
