I removed the sleves from an F14 by making a puller to pull straight up. I tightened it way up and then got under the old heffer with a 5lb dog beater and a piece of 2" bar stock. Put the bars blunt end against the bottom of the sleve and give her a rap. Grandpa always told me "A little hammer breaks things, a big hammer moves things."
