I'm a mechanic at Fergus International in Fergus Falls and we try to help everyone from the hobby farmer to the custom harvester. Our parts guys are pretty good but there is one that gets information mixed up over the phone once and a while. So I won't go as far to say that we're a perfect dealership. One good tip and this goes for any dealership, when calling on parts is to ask them to check the bin for the part so that you don't waste a long drive for nothing. I've seen this happen that a customer drives from miles away and leaves mad cause they thought somebody said that we had the part. As far as service we have a number of guys with quite a few years of experience on lots of different equipment. Hope this can be of some help to you.
