How about the three point lift? Will it lift a heavy load satisfactorily at low speeds or only at middle to high engine speed like the remotes?With a new pump, clean fluid and filter , system should have a test pressure of 1900-2100 psi according to I&T shop manual. If pressure is not as stated, renew relief valve which is available only as a unit.

With both pumps whining a little, could be sucking air somewhere in suction lines to pumps. perhaps someone else can elaborate on this.
