International 574 brakes

The brake equalizer valve and brake master cylinders on my tractor leak profusely. I have them removed and have ordered the rebuild kits from my dealer. The orifice and screen in the small hose between the oil cooler return line and brake keep fill line is missing. This part is discontinued at the dealer. If I do not replace the orifice, am I just going to blow the seals on the equalizer valve and master cylinders again? Where can I find the orifice and screen in the aftermarket?
