Remove the side plate on the engine (rectangle with bolts) and heat the outside of the cylinder casting with one or two propane torches. Washing up and down the casting to heat it uniformly as possible. When it is as hot as you can get it, spray cold water down the cylinder sleeve with a plant mister to shrink it. Don't use an oxy torch to do this.

Braze two nuts together, while they are threaded on a rod and tightened together gently, for use on both the top and bottom of your puller to reduce stress on the threads. 200 ft lbs with two brazed nuts each side.
THey pull hard, this should help.
