There are manuals still available for these tractors. They have step by step instructions for most repairs and illustrations that show how things go together. An IT (brand) manual will get the job done. Reprints of the IH service manuals on availble on this website or at binder books. The parts books show every part on the tractor. If you are going to keep the tractor and use it, an Operators manual will help with routine maintenence.
