Don't know about Wheatland 1206's, but all Farmall 1206's had white fenders, white wheels, and white grille castings. The first 1206's had a white stick-on model number decal. The later 1206's had aluminum model number emblems painted gold, black, and white. Couldn't tell you at what serial number that change happened, but it was sometime in 1966. Value can range from $2500 for a beat-up one to $10,000+ for an exellent one.
