Been there, done that, over and over. Did you have some wet weather before it got cold? Get some heat on the starter solenoid and it should start.A gallon of hot water works quick and dirty, but lets it freeze up worse the next time. Some times if you just keep clicking it the solenoid will warm up enough to work. Several times I have gotten impatient/desperate and just hooked the booster cables right to the starter terminal, bypassing the solenoid completely. My next idea is to move the solenoid up under the dash somewhere where it wil stay dry, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
