330U Running Rough

I had my 330U apart to fix the steering on the tractor and now have it in a running state. I drained all the gas out of the tank and flushed it too. I replaced the fuel line, rebuilt carb, new spark plugs, new copper wires, and a new coil. I have to get the points and new dist cap yet. I fired it up and it runs really rough. It sounds ok at idle (low throttle) but when I went to park it and throttled up, it runs like the choke is fully on. And I drove it but it was jerky.
