been using it for years. have not put it in crankcase, i always put some in gas tank, especially late fall when putting away for winter. i put it in every gas engine i have. i put some in the tank, run it for awhile to make sure it gets thru to the carb, shut it off. come spring, they (tractors, mowers, tiller, transfer pump, weed-eater, etc) always start right up and run great all year. wouldn't be without it.
