Hi, There. The W-series were a great line of tractors as were the letter series they were related too. The engines and drive trains were as sturdy as the Hs and Ms. They were just used for a diferent kind of farming is all. I suppose one could argue they are a little more difficult to steer than the row crops but when you have a wheel in the furrow grunting on a plow it doesn't matter too much. The only thing I have against them (and it aint much) is I felt uncomfortable down between the fenders with my legs out front. I grew up on Hs amd Ms and got used to the view a little higher up. Great tractors and pretty as all get out in my opinion.
