I was not. All the law inforcement people I talked to went out of there way to help me.
As a matter of fact the US Marshal was the one that told the storage place to bring my tractor up to Minneapolis saving me a extra trip.

And yes I do blame the YAHoo that did the drug dealing. He is a Ash Hole.

There is a bit of red tape involved that get a little frustrating. Paintence is the key and remain pleasant to the people who you need to help you.
