Basically, no such thing. What M&W did offer was a hand clutch device that disconnected the differential from the left wheel, effectively stopping the tractor from moving forward without having to disengage the main clutch. The tractor was still in gear, and could not be shifted, but at least the PTO would stay turning, to keep the baler running so it could process that big slug of hay instead of plugging up. You can't buy them new anymore, or get parts. M&W hand clutch kits are R-A-R-E, so rare that you probably shouldn't install it of you find one new in box.
