The back one on the left is delayed for rear tooling so that it came up after the front. The return for your two way valve goes to the filler pipe. With the two-way valve you need to have the lift lever pulled back in a fixed position and then run a line to the inlet and out to the filler neck. Then you can run the two other ports on the valve to the two-way cycl. Most use the outlet on the right side to the inlet of the two-way control valve.
