Ryan, No, the wiring harnesses do NOT include battery cables, but should include everything else. My experience with purchased harnesses is that I can make them myself a WHOLE LOT CHEAPER. Typical letter series Farmall harnesses are very simple, just study the wiring diagram. At first glance an old Farmall can seem to have a very complicated wiring scheme, but typically it's because over the years wires have been bypassed or cut loose and left hanging, so there's a cobweb of unneeded wiring still running all over the place. I never have seen how they justify charging so much for these sets. You can purchase authentic cloth-covered wire from John R. Brillman Company (do websearch)or they sell the harnesses also.
