Toomannycases, have you made sure that there is no remaining water in #4 cylinder. If there is any water PB Blaster and tran fluid will just float on top. take air hose and with an air noozle with long tube blow out any and all water in #4 cylinder. then put in your stuff to free it up, if after week or so it still not turning over, then remove valve cover, loosen rocker arm assembly(so valves will be closed in all cylinders) fill #4 with oil,clear up to sparkplug. Make an adapter with grease zerk on it, to screw into the spark plug hole. Screw in this adapter, use grease gun to pump grease into cylinder, Grease gun will produce some where between 1500 to 2000 psi, which should push piston downward...HTH Keith & Shawn
