Dellbertt, I was having the same problem digging up my yard. I ran across a thread a couple days ago on another tractor site and found my answer. What I was told to do was take a 2inch or 3inch piece of pvc pipe cut it to length of the blade and then take the skill saw and make one cut length ways on the pipe and slip it over the blade edge. I was skeptical at first thinking it would not stay on because it doesn"t use any fastner just the spring in the pipe, or scape worth a darn. But I have used it four times now and wish I had found out sooner!!! Plus doesn"t wear the blade down and you can buy it for a couple bucks. Any questions let me know. Mike from MI
