Is this something someone would actually want?

I have a frame rail and a serial tag with matching #'s from a 1930 Regular I parted out. Is this something someone would actually want to have? I have been reluctant to try and EBAY the tag because of the matching rail, but someone will have to be close enough to p/u or want it real bad to pay shipping on a frame rail. I even know where the block is(# is close, but doesn't match).What does everybody think? This is not a FOR SALE ad by any means, just wondering if I should scrap-iron the rail and hold the tag. Kevin
