Not to sound rude towards anyone,but do you really think those 4 bolts are gonna hold any weight like these great folks have said?I have often wondered myself why that hole was there and have thought it could be for some kind of implement.But I dont see how any kind of weight or pressure could be put on those 4 bolts without them breaking?Thye bolts arent that big.I think the hole was put there for service reasons or to install the pump.Just my two cents.
