I don't have and up to date price on the overhaul kits but if ya do it wright with no labor i'll bet ya got around two grand in it and maybe more if the crank needs turned because of being run with antifreeze in the oil . Myself i gave up on inchassie overhauls and i prefer to to pull the engine and do it wright the first time since they are getting old check the line bore deck on the block and have the head done all the way and check the cam and cam fallowers new cam bearings and oil pump. And make sure that it has a water filter on it if not add the kit.
