Ditto what Randy said. There were NO IHC factory electric starter kits for F-20s. There are none listed in any parts books, nor are there any IHC casting numbers or IHC symbol on any of the elctric starter units that you will see. All of you know that IHC was very good at putting some type of part number on their part, or at the very least the IHC symbol, so to not have a part number on an electric starting unit including the massive bellhousing seems pretty clear to me that IHC did not make this part. For the record Heisler lists these parts in their catalogs of the era. All these kits you see on F-20s are 99.9% Heisler. As for factory lights, IHC did offer these using the no battery generator that was in-line with the magneto. These are very rare but occasionally you see them. This is listed in the parts books.
