Merry Christmas everyone! Here is a little gift that has been a part of our family gatherings
Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
Mix in blender one can Eagle brand milk
3 eggs
Beat together one cup of whiskey(any kind)
2 heaping tsp chocolate
topping
1/2 pint of whipping
cream
1/4 tsp coconut
extract
Stir the two mixtures togther and
mix well...bottle it or serve it,
keeps well in the fridge for several
weeks....about 1/3 the cost of
buying it..as good as boughten
