Because the flavor already has international (blending from Europe) content why not go with a nice little engine with 5 main bearings and a ripped off chrysler HEMI design. The 1800 CC Toyota 3TC engine is wonderful, tidy, and stone reliable. With a short 5 speed transmission from a Corolla (Early 80s) it will make 75 horse power at ~4000 and 125 (stock) @ 6000. With an electronic govenor (read cruse control) it would be sweet. With a Five speed it would have 20 options forward and a bunch in reverse. I think it would be good looking as well. JimN
