Ya just smile and become drinking buddy's with the partman and then ya just wait your chance to GET EVEN or you can do like all yuppy's would do SUE him in some stated it is a crime to sell something with a cracked block or head or welded frame.unless you are told of such and agree to the sale as is where is. I have got hammered on a couple tractors over the years and just rack it up to tuition as it is part of the learning experance in dealing with old equipment and if ya realy want and education just start dealing in Dozers and such they will learn ya quick.
