Spare Parts for MC-Deering 15-30

Since 2 months!! I´ve been trying to get in contact (email/phone/fax)with weberstractorworks in Lafayette, Illinois concerning spare parts but it doesn`t work at all. Does anybody know why it is impossible to get in contact to one of these people?
Would be thankful for any help.
