Had same problem with my Super A. Water would leak into pan with engine running but would not visibly leak with engine stopped and pan removed. Removed radiator and made an adapter from garden hose to water outlet on head. After blocking water inlet at the bottom of the block I pressurized the cooling jacket of the block by turning the tap on. The leak at the bottom of a sleeve was VERY obvious then. It transpired that the bottom end of the sleeves was badly corroded were it seals against the O-ring. HTH, Hendrik
