Super M' I done the same thing on my first M puller,if I ain't mistakin'the combustion chamber in that head is about 1-1/16 deep on the high side.I milled my head .090 ported and polished the intake side of the head,don't do the exhaust and done the same to the intake side of the manifold.Don't hog it out or anything like that just clean up the cast imperfections real good.Good luck with it,my e-mail is open ...Gritty
