When you pulled the plugs, were they wet? If they were dry I would have someone try and start while you hold your hand over the throat of carburetor. If it starts keep choking it with your hand. Keep an eye on the oil pressure gauge to see if you have pressure. The Cubs have history of losing oil pressure. I would loosen the gas line fitting at the carburetor to be sure gas is draining to the carburetor. If the plugs were wet, I would shutoff the gas and remove the plugs and let them dry. Then turn on the gas for a few seconds & shut it off. Then see if the engine will start, if it starts open the shutoff just a little. Hal
