Jim I think the pre QC951 used a 10-20 like spark / throttle control setup with sector. Subsequent models like mine had two hand levers on a small quadrant (one in front and one in back). Friction pads and a spring hold the setting. Late models, I think, after 1929 or so the controls changed to a F-20 like arrangement. Searching the archives, you said this was a 1925. Did you find a serial number? Mine was stamped on the left frame rail in front of the radiator. How is the seat spring mounted - on top of the rear axle or to the differential cover? I cannot get photos to up load today. I will email you two photos of the steering column on my 1927. kevin
