On the steering wheel, I just checked a used parts catalogue I have, same steering wheel for all SA after s/n 355670, and all SC, 100, 130, 200, 230, H, M, SH, SM, 300 and 400. I agree some had 15" wheels and some 18" but hub and steering shaft were same size. Sounds as though all C and early SA had a smaller shaft. I know I've interchanged wheels between my SA, 130 and 300.
