656 Hydraulic problem

I have a 656 Gas Gear Drive Tractor. It has draft control. I was using a subsoiler with it, and when I came to the end of the field, I raised the implement and was turning at the same time. All at once, I lost the power steering and the hitch lift.
Any ideas as to the cause of the problem or how to determine the cause or what to look for?
