well fella's I don't know much about the m&w kits all i do know are the one I have seen on a farmall M it was a kit that went on to the right brake housing there was a gear set i that when you pull the lever bak one notch it was a reduced gear which gave a you a range "not a T.A."when you pulled the lever back all the way it disconected the trans via disconceing the counter shaft from the bull gears. "this is not recomened for pulling and these units didnt last long rather complicated and cheasy next how serious are you about pulling? just for hobby or do you want to make everybody think what the the hell. In my neck of the woods we have pulled every thing from a farmall F20 with a olds 455 from a 442 68' vintage. yes we wreck classic cars to pull with. any more questions please write me hassanford@hotmail.com
