Farmall H hour meter

I have 1952 H with an hour meter mounted under the gas tank near the starter. You have to read it from the right side of the tractor. I would have to say it is factory or at least installed by an International dealer because it is an IH gauge. I was wondering if anyone has seen one like it? I have heard they are fairly rare. Our problem is it won't work. Is there any place that works on them? Thanks, Craig
