scott, Glad to hear you got it off! You cant hone the bore on the pulley because you have the keyway to contend with. Your best bet would be to hold the pulley in a lathe and get a flapper wheel with a drill and buff until you get the right size in the bore. I made mine .0005 smaller than the crank diameter. I have seen as much as .002 interference fit on that pulley. They can be a bear! scotty
