well the fact that the left brake take more to make it work tells me that that is the brake that was use most and it is in need of work . ANd it is still a Buyers market and that 1466 with water in the oil was 2500 over priced and the 1066 should be in the 6500-7000 range since you do not know the true hours , Now if they are going to fix the brakes and make sure that the Hdy. system is up to snuff and fix anything there including the draft control and the PTO leak and fix the tach and give you a 100 hr warranty and cover any and all repairs in that time frame change all filters and fluids then OK it is worthe it . THat should make up the differance .
