M not starting, ideas?

Hello there, we"ve had our Grandpa"s old M stuck in our shop for the last 5 or 6 years just sitting there waiting for attention, all it really needed was a little assembling, a new tube, and the throttle linkage connected, and it should have been ready to go, so we pulled it out today and tried pull-starting it, but with no go. So my dad messed around with it awhile, and finally found that there"s no spark in the distributor. We replaced the condenser and the point and we still had no spark. There"s juice up to the distributor, but that"s it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Josh
