666 buying decision

Hello, I am looking at getting a 666 with the 312 rebuilt engine, it is on a IH dealer lot. The dealer rebuilt it so it has warranty. the tractor is in good shape. paint is faded. it dynoed at74 hp. it has canopy I would like to put a loader on it. The asking price is 8400. What do you think
