According to my Wisconsin service manual, the bore is 3.75", and the main journals are tapered roller bearings, and as far as the rods it doesn't give a size, I don't remember what mine was, but it says that acceptable clearance is .0007-.002. I got all of the parts I needed from NAPA, they had everything from the rods and mains to carb kits. Plastiguage your crank with a used bearing. Go to an autoparts store and ask for a bearing shell and measure the thickness. Take your plastiguage measurement and subtract the difference of the shells. If the plastigage measures say .015, and there is .011 difference in bearing thickness, then your crank is .004 undersize and you need .002 undersize shells.
