Price appears to be fair -- IF you are planning to restore it. Hard telling what you will find wrong with it, though. I notice he said it "did" run or something like that -- make sure it does. $475 for an intact tractor is not bad. If you intend to disassemble, overhaul and paint, you will find a lot of badly pitted metal.
