Hi Derry, There isn't a cover that I am aware of for the tool box. Front wheel hub, bearings, and wheel are the same for M/400/450. From time to time the brake lock levers show up on eBay. The salvage yards are also a good source, check with JP(573-783-7055) or Steel Wheel Ranch. I believe that OEM may be making reproduction levers also. You should be able to find the web sites for these places on the link pages here or on the Red Power site. OEM also has new light assemblies and parts to fix lights. You can also find lights on eBay but be prepared to pay. Good luck hunting and thanks for saving another one from the junk yard.
