Allen now i am not tryen to be a smart a$$ here but that is one thing that i will never do on a tractor is use rubber fuel line and a plastic fuel filter as i have seen three tractors burn up because it got caught on something and pulled the line off or off the filter barb or if a small fire does start that plastic fuel filter will melt and you have a Barba QUE if i have to replace a fuel line i use steel tubing and if i have to add a inline filter i use the metal ones that have the threaded fittings less chance of something stupid happening and if a small fire should start ya got a better chance of getting it out when there is no fuel or gas helping .
