The utilities of that era, namely 300, 350. 330, 340 and 460 were all small chassis tractors and those hiches will bolt up to the Farmalls that have those same model numbers. The only hitches that will bolt up to your 400 are 400, 450 and 560. As there were no utilities of those models, there are no utility hitches that will fit your tractor without a lot of modifications.
